Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and qualification, helping sales representatives focus on high-potential leads
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to aid in the sales process
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data and insights
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, freeing them up to focus on revenue-generating activities
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve products or services
- Assist with customer retention strategies, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationships
- Manage customer databases and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Managing social media presence and generating engaging content to attract target audiences
- Organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products or services

Training / Education
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is not a requirement but a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as Digital Marketing or Project Management, are also beneficial
- Prior experience in the AV and entertainment industry is a strong plus
Job Type

Benefits
- The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications and is paid monthly.
