Summary

Smart Monkeys, Inc. is an innovative and forward-thinking company that provides technical consulting, design and programming services for the show control and entertainment industry. Also, since 2015, Smart Monkeys Inc. designs and manufactures its AV systems’ monitoring and management ISAAC platform. We’re looking for a self-motivated, talented and autonomous Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary goal is to bridge the gap between the sales and marketing departments on one hand and our customers and partners on the other, ensuring a seamless flow of information and strategies. This role involves a range of responsibilities, which can be categorized into four key areas: marketing campaign coordination, sales support, market analysis and reporting, and customer relationship management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with lead generation and qualification, helping sales representatives focus on high-potential leads
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to aid in the sales process
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data and insights
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, freeing them up to focus on revenue-generating activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve products or services
  • Assist with customer retention strategies, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Manage customer databases and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
  • Managing social media presence and generating engaging content to attract target audiences
  • Organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products or services

In summary, as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and managing customer relationships. Your ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities will be crucial to your success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities (in English)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
  • The ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and best practices
  • Interest in current market trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Freshsales)
  • Proficiency in Marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic web design

Training / Education

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is not a requirement but a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as Digital Marketing or Project Management, are also beneficial
  • Prior experience in the AV and entertainment industry is a strong plus

Job Type

  • Full-Time Employee.
  • 90-day probationary period.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional domestic or foreign travel (events, trade shows, conventions)
  • Office environment at company premises

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications and is paid monthly.
